Excellent Original Condition 1942 Martin 000-21 with period correct OHSC.
Neck-reset/refret, and period correct bridge replacement by David Musselwhite in June 2016 (Detailed job description letter included). After DM's work, no other work/modifications are done or needed. The guitar is set up PERFECTLY and sounds HEAVENLY.

Very minor and stable, old pickguard-stress-repaired crack that runs parallel to the Spruce grain (see photo).
No refinish!

How about the back of the neck? It's called MOJO and it's the result of decades of playing, blood, sweat and tears. But seriously, back then, they used to have these screw-back capos, with a felt pad riveted on them. After a while, the felt would embed itself into the finish. Then the felt would wear thin and the rivets holding the felt would start to dent the back of the neck. Over time the oil from hands and dirt from whatever would build up resulting in what you see.
Needs absolutely nothing.
